Though arriving at desired destination we ended up instructed we had no automobile….. which they experienced overbooked and considering the fact that we did not fork out up entrance for car or truck which was in no way essential or instructed we needed to do (or I would've completed it!) to secure motor vehicle! Awful feeling to endure on holiday
